Learned Advocate representing the private respondent submits that the petitioner does not have any sanction to raise construction and accordingly, the Pradhan need not be directed to consider the representation for making repairs.

None represents the Gram Panchayat.

The State is representing by the learned Advocate.

Without going into the allegations and counter allegations of the parties, as it appears

that a representation made by the petitioner is pending consideration, the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat is directed to consider the same in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

All the parties will be at liberty to make necessary submission and rely upon relevant documents in support of their stand before the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat.

The Pradhan shall pass a reasoned order after hearing the parties and upon consideration of the representation filed by the petitioner on 23rd April, 2023 in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 23rd April, 2023 to the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
