On perusal of the application as well as the impugned order, it appears that it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
