The earlier condition imposed in the order dated 23.07.2025 directing the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Kankartala Police Station is hereby waived. However, an additional condition is imposed to the effect that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Kankartala Police Station once a week till further orders of this Court.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same will remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
