The matrimonial disputes, on the face of the records are apparent and the child has been made the subject-matter of the dispute for bargaining.

Having considered that the child is

having a guardian, admittedly, from the fact of the case, the petitioner would exhaust his statutory remedy available under the law for custody of the child, as such, no interference is called for from this court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14909 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate for the petitioner.
