This revisional application challenges the legality of the proceeding being Park Street P.S. Case No. 176 dated 12.7.2011 under Sections 420/120B/34 of I.P.C. corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2402 of 2011.

None is appearing on behalf of the petitioners despite service of notice.

Report of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta is placed with the record wherefrom it appears that police submitted F.R.T. after investigation and the same has been accepted by the learned Court below.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application has become devoid of merit and is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
