Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in every religious observance of the petitioner and her associates, a group of unidentified individuals barge in and disturb the said observance. Several complaints have been lodged by the petitioner in his regard but to no effect. Learned counsel for the State submits that a specific case was stated pursuant to the earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. The accused surrendered before the learned Court and obtained bail.

With regard to the subsequent complaints of the petitioner, prosecution has been initiated under Section 126/135 of the BNSS. The police is keeping strict vigil in the area.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the police authority is directed to continue to keep strict vigil over the area so that no breach of peace and tranquility occurs therein. The police shall also render necessary assistance to the petitioner as and when required.

With the above directions and observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
