This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant no.1 praying for a direction upon the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal to dispose of the Consumer Complaint No. SC/19/CC/195/2019 expeditiously. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that July 24, 2025, has been fixed for hearing of argument of the opposite party.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the petitioner has completed.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the hearing of argument of the opposite party is fixed on July 24, 2025.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C. O. No. 2373 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West

Bengal to make an endeavour to dispose of Consumer Complaint No. SC/19/CC/195/2019 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
