Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee ...for the CESC Limited None appears for the petitioner on the second successive occasion when the matter is called on for hearing, although the CESC Limited is represented through counsel.

Learned counsel appearing for the CESC Limited submits that, as per his instruction, the electricity connection, in respect of which a dispute was raised in the writ petition, has become live in the meantime, in view of all the disputed billed amounts till December, 2021 having been paid by the petitioner to the CESC Limited.

Hence, W.P.A. No. 11424 of 2009 is dismissed as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the

parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
