The writ petition was disposed of vide order dated August 10, 2023. The matter has been brought to the list at the instance of the petitioner for correction of typographical errors in the said order.

The word "Rampurhat" appearing in the second line of the fifth paragraph at the first page of the said order be deleted, in the third line of the selfsame paragraph, the word "Birbhum" be substituted with the word "Murshidabad". One of the letters 'g' be deleted from the word "Koggram" appearing in the fourth line of the fifth paragraph at the first page of the said order and the word "Nalhati" appearing in the selfsame line of the said paragraph be substituted with the word 'Rampurhat'. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. The department is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the said order dated August 10, 2023 to the extent indicated above, and also in the certified copy of the said order if already supplied to the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
