Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had hit the victim on the head. As a result, he died. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
