Heard Mr. Banerjee, learned senior advocate for the opposite party no.2 on such submission. After going through the order dated June 3, 2025, this Court finds that August 2, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the decree holder on June 3, 2025.

This Court is not inclined to pass an order directing the learned Trial Judge to pre-pone the next date of hearing.

C.O. 2374 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah to take up the hearing of the petition dated June 3, 2025 filed by the decree holder/petitioner on the next date fixed i.e. on August 2, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
