Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim lady. She and other in-laws subjected the victim lady to torture. She died due to hanging at her matrimonial home within one and half years of marriage. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
