Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the CT scan of brain showing displaced fracture of lateral wall of right maxillary sinus and the statements of witnesses and the injured victim, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
