Case No. 342 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022 under Sections 498A/323/307/406/34 of the IPC pending before the learned ACJM, Tehatta, Nadia.

1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the informant be taken on record.

3. Petitioner is stated to be the husband of the informant. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the informant that after intervention by well wishers of the parties, the parties have reached a settlement and they are now residing together in the matrimonial home.

4. Regard being had to facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia within 15 days from today in G.R. Case arising out of aforesaid Palashipara P.S. Case No. 342 of 2022. On his appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. The learned ACJM is directed to act upon the server copy of this order, if required.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
