The limited prayer of the petitioner is for the Chairman, Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council, being the respondent no.4 herein, to consider the representation made by the petitioner which was received by the said authority on 31st August, 2021.

The grievance relates to non-consideration of OBC certificate of the petitioner in providing appointment to the post of Primary Teacher in Primary School in the District of Purba Medinipur. The State is represented.

Let the representation which was received by the Council on 31st August, 2021 be considered by the respondent no.4 who shall then pass a reasoned order upon hearing all concerned parties. The reasoned order shall be passed within four weeks from date and a copy thereof be given to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

In the event the petitioner is found to be eligible, the authority shall take immediate steps for appointing the petitioner to the concerned post, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible under the relevant Act and Rules.

WPA 15839 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of above.
