1. Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, de-facto complainant and the State.

3. It appears that the allegations made by the 13 years old victim girl in her statements recorded before the learned Magistrate are directed against the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, does not stand on the same footing as the ones who were granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of minor victim girl, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
