Considering the fact that prima facie evidence of the petitioner being directly involved in the commission of kidnapping and he has a criminal antecedent, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
