Ms. Sreeparna Das ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for about two months. He submits that he is a travel agent and had no role to play in the trafficking of women across international border.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits petitioner had prepared fake identity cards of the victims who were trafficked across international border for sexual exploitation. We have considered the materials on record. Investigating reveals recovery of electronic evidence from the shop of the petitioner prima facie establishing his role in preparation of fake identity cards of the victims who were trafficked across international border.

In view of gravity of the offence and the prima facie materials connecting to the petitioner with the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
