Petitioner complains that he purchased a property and intends to raise construction which has been resisted by the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submit that civil suit is pending between the parties and the reliefs sought for be pressed before the civil court.

State has submitted a report.

I find from the report as well as the connecting documents which is an e-mail that, Sankrail PS Case No. 851/24 has been registered for investigation and notice was issued to Shailesh Shaw, one of the respondents.

In view of the fact that Manikpur Investigation Centre falls within the Sankrail Police Station, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed, has been subserved as such police authorities will take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Accordingly WPA 15862 of 2024 is disposed of.
