1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the entire proceedings in connection with Regent Park Police Station Case No. 82 of 2025 dated April 12, 2025 under Sections 79/74/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to A. C. G. R. Case No. 2411 of 2025, presently pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24 Parganas).

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the revisional application the investigation in the case has ended in FRT.

3. Considering that the revisional application is being disposed of.

4. Ms.

Pushpita Saha, present in Court, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal along with learned Public Prosecutor are appointed to represent the State.

5. Let their appointments be regularized by the appropriate authority.

6. A copy of the FRT has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner wherein it appears that the investigation has ended in a final report being no. 71 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025.

7. It is further noted in the FRT, that the complainant submitted one Court affidavit wherein it has been stated that the complainant does not wish to proceed with the case.

8. Considering the said facts, the revisional application is disposed of as infractuous.
