Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the inconveniences faced by him at the behest of the private respondents and informing the police authorities no action has been taken. It has also been pointed out that earlier a Coordinate Bench was pleased to pass specific directions, in spite of the same, no assistance has been rendered.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in WPA 23415 of 2023 there has been no information furnished on behalf of the petitioner with the police authorities. As such the police authorities were unaware of any inconveniences faced by the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the private respondent adopts the argument advanced on behalf of the State. Petitioner is directed that in case he is facing any inconvenience he would approach the police station but would abide by the directions passed on 14.12.2023 by the Coordinate Bench.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15863 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the parties.
