The allegation is that the petitioners attacked the victim and her family members. They beat up the pregnant lady indiscriminately which resulted in termination of her foetus.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case including the statements of neighbours and the post mortem report of the 5.5 months old foetus, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
