Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the application on behalf of the petitioner no. 1. So far as the other petitioners are concerned, he submits that considering the gravity of the offences and their involvement, the prayer for bail should be allowed.

Having heard the learned advocate for the State and considering the involvement of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and considering the fact that the husband is in custody, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2, Anarul Mondal, and petitioner no. 3, Jannatan Bibi. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand

Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date and on further condition that the petitioner no. 2 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month and petitioner no. 3 shall cooperate with the investigation.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is allowed and prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 1, Mithun Mondal, is rejected. CRM 6480 of 2021 is disposed of.
