Mr. Banerjee, ld. AGP, on the other hand, submits that Kotulpur PS Case No. 310 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023 was registered for investigation and, subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation.

Since statutory provision is available under the Code of Criminal

Procedure by way of Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for ventilating her grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14867 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
