1. This application is based on the order passed by a Coordinate Bench on 12th October, 2023 in CRM (A) 4128 of 2023 in which the father of the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

2. However, it does not appear from the order dated 12th October, 2023 that the order rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the son, namely, Sairul Sk, in CRM (A) 1695 of 2023 passed on 21st April, 2023 was brought to the notice of the Hon'ble Division Bench at the time of consideration of the anticipatory bail application of the father. The first sentence of the order dated 21st April, 2023 clearly stated that commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the property belonging to the father of the petitioner.

3. This is the second application. We do not find any change in circumstances.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
