1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding in Regent Park Police Station Case No. 82 of 2025 dated April, 12, 2025 under Sections 79/74/3 ( 5 ) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to A.C.G.R. Case No. 2411 of 2025, presently pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed a copy of the documents and the final report to show that the investigation in the present case has ended in a final report No. 71 of 2025 as the matter is being disposed of .

3. Ms. Zareen N. Khan, learned counsel, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal present in Court along with the learned Public Prosecutor are appointed to represent the State. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

4. Considering the fact that FRT has been submitted in the said case, the revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
