Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023. We do not find any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.

Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest.
