Since CRAN No. 1 of 2024 has not been traced out in the file, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners produces a photocopy of the application, which is treated as the original copy of the application till the original copy of the application is traced out. Let the said photocopy of the application be taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the matter any further. Written instruction submitted by the petitioners is taken on record.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR No. 2445 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution. The connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is also disposed of.

There shall however be no order as to costs.

The interim order granted on June 19, 2024 stands vacated.
