For the Petitioners Since the petitioners who are the parents in law of the second opposite party seek expeditious disposal of G.R. case no. 103 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter. It appears that charge was framed by the learned trial Court on 16th September, 2021 and evidence of charge sheeted witness no. 1 is in progress.

In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia to dispose of the proceeding being G.R. Case no. 103/2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
