On hearing learned advocate representing the petitioner and taking note of the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench on 21st January, 2026 in three criminal revisional applications being CRR 3591 of 2025, CRR 3592 of 2025 and CRR 3621 of 2025, it appears that present writ petition has become infructuous.

In the said order dated 21st January, 2026 the co-ordinate Bench directed the concerned authority to club FIRs in connection with Khatra P.S. Case No.47 of 2025, Khatra P.S. Case No.48 of 2025 and Khatra P.S. Case No.49 of 2025 with Khatra P.S. Case No.46 of 2025. It was also directed therein that Investigating Officers in Khatra P.S. Case No.46 of 2025 would be free to file supplementary charge-sheet after collating all the records concerning the other three aforementioned FIRs.

It was also clarified by the co-ordinate Bench in the order dated 21st January, 2026 that charge-sheet submitted in Khatra P.S. Case No.46 of 2025 as well as supplementary charge-sheets, if submitted, shall be treated as a single charge-sheet filed in connection with Khatra P.S. Case No.46 of 2025.

In view of such observations made by the co-ordinate Bench in the order dated 21st January, 2026, relief prayed for in this writ petition ought not to be entertained and the investigating agency should be permitted to carry out

[2] investigation as per direction contained in the order dated 21st January, 2026.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
