This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the first defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kandi, Murshidabad to dispose of the Partition Suit No.166 of 2020 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that July 28, 2025 is fixed for filing written statement and in default, framing of issue.

In view thereof, C.O. 2378 of 2025 stands disposed of with hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kandi, Murshidabad, shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Partition Suit No.166 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
