None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears from the materials on record that the instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 27th July, 2011 passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, Wakf Tribunal in connection with O.A. No. 13 of 2011. It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since 2011 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 2591 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
