Mr. Raghunath Das, ... for the respondent nos. 8 to 13 The writ petitioners are aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Patashpur Police Station. It is submitted that pursuant to order of the LRTT, the BL&LRO has recorded the names of the writ petitioners in the land-in-question.

It is submitted that the private respondents are interfering with the petitioners' enjoyment of the property.

The petitioners may take out appropriate proceedings before the LRTT or Civil Court for enforcement of the order of the BL& LRO. Likewise the private respondents may also take out appropriate proceedings to challenge any entries made by the BL &LRO.

The O. C., Patashpur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolute no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
