However, the DRT-3 is not functioning since the 1st week of June, 2022 by reason of cease-work.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that a fresh sale notice of 21st June, 2022 has been issued against the petitioner and that no bid was received pursuant to the said sale notice. After hearing learned counsel, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may be given limited interim protection till one week after the cease-work is resolved

before the DRT-3. The respondent Bank shall not proceed against the petitioner during such time. WPA 15203 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
