1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 24th July, 2025 the victim and the petitioner have married each other. He seeks for confirmation of interim bail of the petitioner granted on 24th July, 2025. He files a notice for solemnization of marriage, which is taken on record.

2. Learned Advocates for the State as well as de facto complainant/victim also submit that the victim and the petitioner have married each other.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted earlier on 24th July, 2025 is confirmed subject to the conditions laid down in the said order.

The application being CRM(M) 995 of 2025 stands disposed of.
