The petitioner seeks stay of warrant of arrest issued against him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Hooghly on 22nd September, 2023 and undertakes to surrender before the learned Court within ten days from date. It appears that the petitioner was absent on call on 22nd September, 2023 for which warrant of arrest was issued against him.

In the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within ten days from date, the petitioner shall be allowed to remain on the same bond by the learned trial Court. The warrant of arrest be stayed till 22nd July, 2024. With the aforesaid directions, CRR 2451 of 2024 is disposed of.
