An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on December 4, 2024. In the 2nd paragraph of the said order learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Basirhat be read as learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Basirhat.

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated December 4, 2024.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
