Chuhelika Biswas(Roy) -versus- Sujay Chandra Biswas The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 02.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in Criminal Revision No. 137 of 2018 wherein the revisional court modified the interim order of maintenance passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate and directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- per month. The directions so passed in connection with Criminal Revision No. 137 of 2018 was by way of an interim measure during the pendency of the main proceedings. Having considered the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for.
