In the last line of the second paragraph, 'Howrah' be incorporated after the expression 'the learned District Judge'.

The third line of the second page shall end with the expression 'wife'. The expression 'which was subsequently withdrawn' be deleted.

The remaining portion of the order remains unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the original order.
