The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for expeditious disposal of the Original Application No.1561 of 2014 pending before the learned First Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal. Records reveal that the hearing of the matter is fixed on November 10, 2021.

The learned advocate for the respondents submits that the affidavit-in-reply in connection with the Original Application has already been filed. The petitioner will be at liberty to file rejoinder on or before November 9, 2021, if not already filed in the meantime, upon service of a copy of the same to the learned advocate for the respondents. As the matter has been fixed for final hearing on November 10, 2021, WPCT No.66 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the learned First Bench Central Administrative Tribunal to take up the hearing of O.A. No.1561 of 2014 on the next date fixed that is on November 10, 2021 and to dispose of the same as

expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of December 2021.
