Name of "Ms. Amita Majumder" whose name had erroneously been recorded as Counsel of the petitioner in the order dated 04.07.2023 be deleted from the cause title portion of the said order.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
