Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned advocate assisted by Mr. Subrata Guha Biswas, learned advocate appears to represent the alleged contemnor No. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor No. 2 that the order under contempt has been complied with and payment in terms thereof has also been made. A letter dated 28th June, 2023 issued by the Joint Managing Director, West Bengal Transport Corporation (CSTC) along with two annexures are placed before this Court, which are taken on record. A copy of the said letter along with annexures have been also made over on the learned advocate for the petitioner.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor No. 2 is dispensed with.

The petitioner is personally present in Court. The learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction submits that the order under contempt has been complied with.

The contempt proceeding is thus dropped. The Rule is discharged.

The contempt application being WPCRC 119 of 2023 is disposed of recording compliance of the order. (Arindam Mukherjee,J.)
