Appeal No. 53 of 2023 expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the Hon'ble Division Bench in WPA(P) 123 of 2023 passed an order upon the appellate authority to decide the appeal expeditiously. In view thereof, there is no necessity to pass another direction for expeditious hearing in this matter.

Learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court at Alipore is requested to act in terms of the direction contained in the order dated December 12, 2022

passed in WPA(P) 26194 of 2022 (Sikha Patra -Vs.- The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

With the above observation, CO 2383 of 2025 stands disposed of.
