Mr. Abhijit Sarkar ... ... for the petitioner Learned Registrar (Judicial Service), High Court, Calcutta has submitted his report through the learned District Judge, Birbhum and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum in his report stated that he has taken steps to forthwith transmit the case record to the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah. In view of the report so submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 2454 of 2022 is allowed.

If, however, difficulties are faced by the complainant in respect of the transfer or transmission of the records before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, learned advocate for the petitioner is granted liberty to mention before this Court Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
