The present revision is filed praying for setting aside of the proceeding pending before the learned 10th Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, 24 Parganas(South) in connection with Complaint case No.AC 3460 of 2016 in connection with proceeding under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
