Petitioner approached this Court as the police authorities refused to extend their support in spite of civil court having passed necessary directions. A particular incident on 15.06.2024 was complained of by the present petitioner, the police authorities registered case being Tarakeswar P.S. Case No.216 of 2024. On conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet was also submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.6 to 8 denies and disputes the accusations made in the writ petition.

Having considered that the police authorities at the relevant point of time had taken steps and charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is

unwarranted. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would prefer appropriate application before the jurisdictional court which will take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15927 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
