Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State The present revision is filed praying for quashing of the proceeding in relation to G.R Case No.1532 of 2018 arising out of Uluberia Police Station vide First Information Report case No.489 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018 for offence punishable under Sections 406/420 of Indian Penal Code and pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Uluberia, Howrah. Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
