The present revision is filed for taking cognizance of offence committed by the accused person under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act now pending in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
