The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being G.R Case No.1663 of 2021 arising out of Bhadreswar P.S Case No.475 dated 10.11.2021 under Sections 498A/307/328/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and charge sheet being No.95 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022 under Sections 498A/307/406/114 of the Indian Penal Code, read with Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 which is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly.

4. As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and considering the nature of proceeding in the present case, the revisional application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to agitate the point taken in this revisional application at the time of trial.

5. The revisional application being CRR 2455 of 2022 accordingly disposed of.

6. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
