It appears therefrom that the Prodhan was of the opinion that there is unauthorised construction in the premises in question. The Prodhan has forwarded all documents in connection with the aforesaid unauthorised construction to the Sub Divisional Officer by a communication dated 7th June, 2022 for taking necessary follow up action in the matter.

From the documents annexed to the affidavit of compliance it appears that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The Contempt Rule stands discharged.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Sub Divisional Officer, if so advised. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
